This very fine superior grade Matcha is produced from the first spring picking of buds and top young leaves of tea plants. It has mellow taste with a fresh and bright green color. Our plantation upholds the highest standards for tea cultivation and harvesting: partial sunlight for optimal growing, temperature control during harvest and storage, and quick delivery of the fresh ground Matcha to our warehouse. Its growing and production are certified organic by CONTROL (Switzerland).
