Our matcha is 100% certified organic and is guaranteed to have no color or sugar added. Two Hills Tea’s matcha is produced from early spring buds and top young leaves of tea plants. On the plantation, our matcha is grown in partial sunlight in covered tea fields. After harvest it is kept in a temperature-controlled cool room and is shipped to our warehouse immediately after it is ground.
