Matcha is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Two Hills Tea’s organic matcha is inspected and certified by IMO (a Switzerland certifier, accredited by US and Canada). Two Hills Tea’s matcha is produced only from early spring buds and the top young leaves of the tea plants, Camellia sinensis. Our plantation upholds the highest standards for tea cultivation and harvesting: partial sunlight for optimal growing, temperature control during harvest storage, and quick delivery of the fresh ground-matcha to our warehouse.
