The tea buds are tied into a ball and open gracefully in hot water to display a red Chinese lily flower in the center of the tea. The gold coloured Osmanthus flowers floating on the top of the infusion give a sweet flavour and are edible. Use a glass cup to brew it so you can admire it while you sip. This tea is a beauty.
